The human being with his inner and outer world is the centre of my work. I work in a resource- and solution-oriented way and attach great importance to a trusting therapeutic relationship. I would like to accompany and support you professionally by giving your personal stories as well as your human needs and uniqueness space, respect and recognition. The roots of my therapeutic work lie in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Based on this, I use a wide variety of techniques from other schools and directions, such as schema therapy, systemic therapy, and other concepts of depth psychology. My personal interest in the philosophy of Buddhism and meditation can be a supportive tool in therapy if needed. Due to my previous professional experience, I have a lot of practical knowledge and a broad background knowledge, which helps me to respond individually to people and their needs and to offer the right methods. I work mainly with children, adolescents as well as parents and offer different therapeutic settings (individual, groups, families, cooperation with schools). As a native of Canton Ticino, I offer psychotherapy in two national languages, German and Italian, as well as in English.
