For me, therapy is a shared journey – a safe space where you can begin exactly where you feel unable to move forward on your own. Together, we explore your strengths, identify recurring patterns, and develop strategies that truly work in your everyday life. I do not see difficult moments as obstacles, but as valuable opportunities for growth and new perspectives. My work is resource-oriented, clarity-focused, and aimed at coping and change. It is grounded in solid training in cognitive behavioral therapy with an interpersonal focus, based on Grawe’s principles. I support you as an individual and adapt flexibly to your needs. In this process, I help you gain clarity about your concerns, make conscious use of your strengths, and find effective ways to actively cope with challenges. Therapy can thus become a place where you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop new ways of acting, and continue moving forward on your own path step by step.
