About me

With my open, creative and empowering approach, I support my clients / patients to activate their resources and improve psychological well-being in all areas of life. Thanks to my previous professional experience, I have a lot of practical experience and a broad knowledge base, which allows me to respond individually to the clients/patients, according to their needs, offering tailor-made coaching and psychotherapy. I work with all age groups (adults, children and adolescents) and in different contexts (individual offer, group offer, companies, families, schools). I come from the Italian speaking part of Switzerland (Canton of Ticino) – I speak 3 Swiss national languages (IT, DE, FR) and offer psychotherapy and coaching in these languages as well as in English.
