About me

In psychotherapy, it is important to me to meet people with openness in their current life situation and lived experience, and to create a sense of orientation together when internal or external burdens become overwhelming. My therapeutic stance is shaped by an appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, as well as respect for their life story and the experiences that have shaped them. I understand therapy as a shared process in which we pause, make connections visible, and develop new ways of dealing with challenging situations. In doing so, I combine cognitive-behavioral approaches with other evidence-based methods. The goal of my work is to activate and strengthen existing resources, enabling individuals to develop their own paths and move forward with greater self-confidence and a stronger sense of self-efficacy.
