About me

As a psychotherapist trained in cognitive-behavioural therapy, it is important to me to help you help yourself. In therapy, I would like to work with you to develop the tools that will enable you to stand on your own two feet again as soon as possible. In doing so, we utilise your existing resources and build up additional ones where necessary. A comprehensive understanding of the problem is also central for me, so that I can respond to you and your problems in a very targeted and individualised way. As an integrative therapist, I supplement behavioural therapy techniques with interventions from other therapeutic approaches wherever helpful. Mindfulness-based methods are particularly close to my heart. I am also happy to incorporate elements from my work as a yoga teacher. Of course, only with your consent. I attach great importance to the fact that the therapy takes place in a space of unconditional appreciation on my part and mutual trust, the basic prerequisites for a successful therapy. I look forward to accompanying you on your further journey!
