About me

"Everything starts with us; life works from the inside out, not the other way around". Nowadays, everything has to go higher, faster, further, and often people and their individual needs fall by the wayside. As a psychotherapist, I want to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space and an open ear for your individual concerns. In therapy, you set the direction, and I accompany you with my specialist knowledge, empathetic confrontation and my professional experience until you can continue on your own again. I rely on evidence-based therapy methods from cognitive behavioral therapy, especially emotion-activating methods such as schema therapy according to J. Young. I find balance to my therapeutic work primarily in nature, on my doorstep and in the mountains.

Methods

Cognitive behavioral therapy, especially third wave (emotion-activating) methods such as schema therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotion-focused therapy
